Process analysis
How you work today, where time is lost and which part genuinely needs a bespoke solution.
Off-the-shelf software solves general problems. When your process is specific, one of two things usually happens: you pay for a platform of which you use a fifth, or you bend your work to someone else’s logic and lose the very thing that sets you apart.
Custom software makes sense when the process is a competitive advantage, or when no existing system covers the need without serious compromise. In other cases we will tell you to buy something off the shelf — cheaper for you, and more honest from us.
When it does make sense, we build iteratively: a working first version covering the most painful part, then extension once it is genuinely in use.

Architecture, technology choices and a development plan that accounts for future maintenance.
Iterative delivery with working versions you can test, rather than waiting for a finished product.
Connections to accounting, CRM, inventory or whatever else you already use.
Source code, documentation and access — yours. We do not create a dependency on us for maintenance.
Conversations with the people who will use the system daily, not only with management.
The smallest thing that delivers real benefit. The rest is planned but not built all at once.
Regular working builds and feedback, so problems are not discovered only at the end.
Launch, training and support through the first period of real use.

When your process differs in substance rather than habit, and when bending to an existing system would cost you your advantage. If the need is standard — accounting, a simple online store, a basic CRM — an off-the-shelf product is almost always the sensible answer. We say so even when it means a smaller project for us.
You do. Source code, documentation and access to all systems are handed over on completion. You can continue with another team if you choose — we do not lock clients in through code ownership.
It depends entirely on scope, so we do not give a figure before the analysis is done. What can be promised is that the first working version arrives as early as possible, so you have something in use while the rest is built — rather than waiting months to see anything.
