Process analysis
How enquiries arrive today, who picks them up and where they are lost. The basis for everything else.
If your enquiries live in an inbox, a chat and somebody’s notebook, some of them are lost. Not because anyone is failing at their job, but because there is no single place showing who asked, when, and what was promised.
A CRM solves exactly that. Implementations usually fail not because of the software, but because the system is configured around someone’s ideal process rather than how the team actually works. Then people go back to the spreadsheet and the system sits empty.
So we start by observing the current process and configure the system to make it easier, rather than replacing it with something nobody will use.

Deal stages, fields, access rights and automated tasks, matched to how you work.
Website forms, telephony, email and ad platforms feed data in automatically, with no manual entry.
Moving existing contacts and history across, de-duplicating along the way.
Hands-on training for the team. A system people do not know how to use is a cost, not an asset.
Conversations with the people who handle enquiries every day.
Choosing a system that fits the team size and needs, then configuring it.
Integrations go live and data moves across, with checks that nothing was dropped.
The team is trained and supported through the first weeks, until the habit sticks.

If you get more enquiries than one person can hold in their head, probably yes. Even with two or three people the problem is real: who took what, when a reply was promised, and why a deal never closed. It does not need a complex system — it needs one place that shows this.
Somewhat, but that is not the goal. We configure the system around the existing process and change only where the current way is visibly losing enquiries. An implementation that asks a team to work in an entirely new way usually does not last.
The system and the data are yours from the start — the account is registered in your name, not ours. You can export at any time. We do not retain clients by controlling their data.
