Presence audit
What surfaces on a search for your name — results, reviews, mentions, and old profiles that no longer represent the company.
Before calling you, a customer has already searched for you. They see the Google reviews, the comments under your posts and whatever else surfaces for your name. That results page is the first impression, and in most cases nobody manages it.
Reputation management is not deleting the negative — that is rarely possible and almost always visible. The work is elsewhere: having enough genuine positive material, replying to reviews, and responding quickly and calmly when something goes wrong.
One bad review with a well-written reply often does less damage than having no reviews at all. People read how you respond, not only what was said.

Brand monitoring
Only if it breaches the platform’s rules — for example it contains abuse, is clearly fake, or was left by someone who was never a customer. In those cases a report is filed and it is sometimes removed. If the review is from a real customer describing a real experience, the correct move is a reply, not an attempt at removal.
We do not work that way and we advise against it. Platforms detect the patterns and penalise the profiles, and the brand risk if it surfaces is disproportionate to the gain. Instead we build a process where satisfied customers are actually asked — most do not leave a review simply because nobody invited them to.
Replying to existing reviews and gathering new ones shows a visible change within weeks. Pushing an unwanted result off the first page for your name takes months and depends on what it is and how strong the source is. We do not promise timelines for a specific position.
