1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between INTELLION EOOD (referred to as "INTELLION", "we", "us" or "the Company") and users of the website www.intellion.agency (referred to as "the Website") and clients using our services (referred to as "Client", "you" or "User").

By using this Website and/or ordering services from INTELLION, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or order services.

4. Website Usage

4.1. Usage Rules

By using the Website, you agree to:

• Not use the Website for illegal purposes
• Not violate copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Not distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Provide accurate and truthful information

4.2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (text, design, logo, graphics, code, etc.) is the property of INTELLION or used with permission. Copying, distribution, or use of content without written permission is prohibited.

5. Order Process and Contract

5.1. Inquiry and Quote

5.2. Quote Acceptance

The quote is valid for 14 days from the date sent. The contract is considered concluded upon:

• Written confirmation from the Client (email, signed contract)
• Payment of advance payment (if agreed)

6. Prices and Payments

6.1. Pricing

Service prices are determined individually based on:

• Scope and complexity of the project
• Required resources and execution time
• Additional services and integrations

All prices are in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

6.2. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are:

• One-time projects: 50% advance at start, 50% upon completion
• Monthly services: Payment by the 5th of the current month
• Large projects: Phased payment according to schedule

6.3. Payment Methods

• Bank transfer
• Card (by arrangement)

7. Execution and Deadlines

7.1. Execution Period

The execution period is specified in the quote/contract. The starting point is the date of:

• Receipt of advance payment (if agreed)
• Receipt of all necessary materials from the Client

7.2. Client Obligations

For successful project execution, the Client is obliged to:

• Provide all necessary materials on time (texts, images, logos, access, etc.)
• Respond to inquiries within 3 business days
• Provide feedback on proposals within agreed timeframes
• Provide necessary access and permissions

8. Acceptance and Corrections

8.1. Acceptance Process

INTELLION works through an iterative process:

• Presentation of intermediate results for approval
• Receiving feedback from the Client
• Making corrections (within agreed scope)
• Final acceptance

8.2. Corrections and Revisions

The price includes:

• Design: Up to 3 revision rounds
• Development: Corrections of bugs and inconsistencies with approved design
• Content: Up to 2 revision rounds

Additional revisions beyond what was agreed are charged separately at an hourly rate.

9. Copyright and Licenses

9.1. Reserved Rights

Until full payment of the agreed amount, all copyrights to created materials remain the property of INTELLION.

9.2. Rights Transfer

After full payment, INTELLION transfers to the Client non-exclusive rights to use:

• Web design and graphics created specifically for the project
• Code and functionality (excluding proprietary frameworks and libraries)
• Texts written by INTELLION

9.3. Portfolio and Promotion

INTELLION reserves the right to use completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, and for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Maintenance and Warranty

10.1. Warranty Period

INTELLION provides free warranty for:

• Websites: 30 days from acceptance - fixing technical errors and bugs
• Design: No warranty after final acceptance
