Creator selection
Research and vetting of profiles by engagement, audience composition and authenticity, not follower count.
Influencer campaigns almost always fail for the same reason: the choice was made on follower count. A large profile delivers reach, but reach is not a sale, and a profile’s audience rarely matches your customer.
We look at other things — how engaged the audience is, whether it is Bulgarian, whether the creator already talks about topics adjacent to your product, and how their previous partnerships performed. A small profile with trust in a narrow niche often outperforms a large one with a scattered audience.
And we measure. A campaign without tracked links and promo codes cannot be evaluated, and without evaluation the second campaign is as much a guess as the first.

Agreeing scope, timing, content reuse rights and fees, with a clear contract.
What must be said and what must not, while leaving the creator free to say it in their own voice.
Unique links and promo codes per partner, so it is visible who brought what.
Securing rights to use the material in paid ads as well — usually the best-performing creative you will have.
Who you want to reach and where those people already spend time.
A shortlist with the reasoning behind each choice, then agreeing terms.
Briefs, content review before publishing and schedule coordination.
A per-partner report — reach, engagement and real results through the tracked links.

Follower count is the weakest signal. What matters more is what share of the audience actually reacts, whether they are in Bulgaria and whether they overlap with your customer. A creator with ten thousand followers in a narrow niche often outperforms one with a hundred thousand general followers — and costs considerably less.
Yes. A paid partnership must be clearly labelled — it is a legal requirement and it is in both parties’ interest. Undisclosed advertising, once spotted, damages the brand more than the campaign delivered.
Through tracked links and unique promo codes per partner, plus watching branded search and direct traffic during the campaign window. Some of the effect always stays unmeasurable — someone may see a post and look you up a week later — but without tracking nothing is measured at all.
